appeared in the July /August issue of Bay State Realtor, the official publication for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
The article investigates the importance of home staging from both the Realtor and the stager’s points of view. Positive statistics are mentioned in the article along with staging relating to photographs, video, on-line selling, and marketing property.
Staging is an intregal part of the real estate industry and it is a service that is here to stay, “ Buyers today expect a property to look like a designer show house “ says Reddy, and savvy Realtors are using the service to ensure their success.
