Free alternative to Adobe Elements

FREE IMAGE MANIPULATION RETOUCHING PROGRAM

I have had this freeware program GIMP for awhile. I finally started playing with it, and found it to be a great tool for image manipulation. For my needs, it has everything that Adobe Photoshop Elements has for image manipulation.... transform, dodge/burn, color exposure adjustments, layering and more...!!!

It is not quite as easy or intuitive to use as Adobe Photoshop Elements and seems to be slower, but if you have an a desire to buy Adobe Elements but didnt want to spend the money try this program.... you'll love it, and its a great way to try your hand at it!!
