The best way to eliminate these negatives from our lives is to take action. Consistent activity leaves little room for negative thoughts. When a negative thought pops into your mind, write it down, examine it and then burn the paper. Ask yourself, what is the best use of my time right now, and then act on the answer.
Make today the day that you let go of fear, worry and jealousy. Instead look for the positive in everything you do. Expect success and back it up with action and you will be successful.
