The Business Builders is one of the many groups held at the RE/MAX Professional Associates offices. This group is an accountability group that focuses on production. It is made up of several professionals at varying stages of their real estate career. We follow the philosophies of many of the great trainers like: Brian Buffini, Floyd Wickman, Richard Robbins, Tom Ferry, Howard Brittan, and more.
This collection of real estate professionals work on perfecting the basics. They focus on lead generation, and relationship building.
Their goal is to sell more houses, offer better service to their buyers and sellers, and to continue growing their business. Below is the group's 12 week goals for the fist quarter of 2011. I am sharing this with you, so maybe you can use it as a guideline for your own plan for success!
