You have made a lot of positive points to sell during the holidays. I think most people just do not like to bother because they feel this is the time they should be spending with their families and preparing for those busy holidays.
Thank you both for the feedback. I know that many sellers are convinced that no one buys in the winter. I just think that if we present some positive ideas that we can help them see that the hoildays can be a great time to sell and yes they can still have their family time blocked off.
I especially like number eight because it is the prevalent reason to move in my market at the holiday season. Limiting showings for the seller at their convenience is key.
I agree I think making the seller feel like they have some ccontrol helps with the entire transaction
