South Natick

South Natick generally have the most expensive homes in Natick. South Natick is bordered by Wellesley, Dover and Sherborn and as you would expect it lies south of the down town area. Over the past 15 years South Natick has seen a great deal of growth. Upscale developments with homes in the $900K-$1.8M range, such as:

Algonquin Estates

Sanctuary Estates

Farm Hill Village

Hamlet Estates

There are also older neighborhoods where you can find homes in the $500-900K range

There is a new development of Condominiums that just got off the ground. It is called South Natick Hills. These will be priced in the $450-650K range depending on size and upgrades.

There is also a very well established condominium community called Phillips Pond. There are only 28 units, some are attached and some are stand alone, they are located in a rolling community on the Charles River, prices are in the $900-$1.2M range.
