The Average list price for the homes that closed in Southboro for February of 2008 was $309,900

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Southboro for February of 2007 was $684,950

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Southboro for February of 2008 was $284,750

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Southboro in February of 2007 was 263 days.
