Wow !! as far as purchases go, Wareham is really a HOT market ! Over the last 3 months 46, yes 46 homes have been bought/sold. This is a far greater number than is found in Middleboro, Lakeville or Bourne MA. I suspect that Plymouth Ma may have higher numbers and my suspicions have been confirmed- I just checked and Plymouth Ma is actually DOUBLE that of Wareham with 92 Sales, Wow ! The most activity is occuring in the lower pricing segment of the housing market with 12 sales in the $100k-$149k range, followed by 11 sales in the $200k$249k range. This is definitely the first time buyer or entry level AND the investor segment.- buying good stuff cheap.
