Westport MA real estate home sales continue to slow. 3 homes in Westport sold in Feb. compared to 5 homes in Jan & 7 homes in Dec. The slow sales are partly due to the wintery weather we have been experiencing, The outlook in home sales for the spring is good with 20 Homes in Westport under agreement to sell in March & April

The lowest priced home that sold in Westport in Feb. went for $220,000 and the highest priced home in the Acoaxet area of Westport Harbor sold for $645,000.
