Is it too early to think about the "Spring Market"? Part 2

Last week we discussed the Woburn Massachusetts housing market and compared it's available inventory to the week before. So, in fairness let's start there. December 9- December 16th Available Single Family Homes for sale 68, 3 homes under agreement and 1 sold *source MLSPIN*

Yes, buyers do buy during the winter months and holiday season. So is it time to really think about the game plan of selling? Only you can answer that. If it were me, I'd say the days are numbered until all the potential sellers will be putting their homes on the market and the inventory may bring the prices down (maybe)

Here's another tip to get your home ready. Attack the closets!!!! There are allot of charities that will take your gently used clothing and animal shelters will take blankets, towel and bedding. Other charities will take large and small household items and if you don't mind people coming to your home or work you can always sell your unused treasures on Craigslist.org,and Kijiji.com for FREE. Since it's the holidays I wont' make this weeks list too long.
