This property was Professionally Staged by myself, Susan Macaulay and my great team of Clarity Over Clutter. The Homeowner contacted me after hearing of the work that we do. The Homeowners had already relocated in another city and needed to get this property ready for the market as quickly as possible. the Homeowners were willing to do the prep work in order for our Staging to take place. We prepared a quote for Vacant Staging and 5 days later - we went in and Staged the property. Creating an inviting space with the existing colours that the Homeowner had in the house worked well with the furniture and accessories that were chosen. An advantage that a Professional Stager has are a variety of accessories and furniture to choose from in order to Stage a property that brings out the features of that particular house. The furniture and accessories that were used in this house might not be used in the next few properties - depending on the features and style of a house.
The Homeowners were extremely pleased with the detailed work of our team of Clarity Over Clutter, with even greater happiness when the property SOLD in 9 days over list price. They were then able to move forward in their new home.
