Great advise that works for Homeowners looking to sell their property in the Spring is take care of the outside work now, before the weather turns to cold, rain and snow. With the drop in temperature and freezing, getting the outside jobs could be put on hold - Ultimately cutting into the profit that someone could get for a property.

In the following picture - the driveway needed to be redone. Taking the time now to have it completed has created a much better curb appeal for the property - allowing the Homeowner the flexibility to list in the early Spring. As part of the reconstruction of the driveway - there was some soil and sod and some grass seed that was built up to finish off the edge of the new driveway. Over the winter and spring the landscaping will settle and be more level.
