Heritage Harbour closed sales equaled closed sales seen in December. However closed sales January 2012 trumped closed sales in January 2011 by 84%. Great news on the Heritage Harbour home front. As for average sales price Heritage Harbour saw an increase of 22%. Keep in mind though this is an average for all style homes from condos to townhouses to single family homes. Days on market increased 36%. Sellers were also generous with closing assistance to Buyers with the most being $10,650 and the average being $4,108. Following is the
