Low and high sale prices can fluctuate dramatically due to waterfront homes being unique to themselves. One large sale or even 1 low sale can send the numbers askew. The high sales price for September 2010 was $1,070,625 compared to $1,061,000 for the same period in 2011. None of the sales in September were foreclosures or short sales.
