Waterfront home sales are doing better this September over September 2010 with 3 more sales overall. Compared to August sales are down by 2. Low and high sale prices can fluctuate dramatically due to waterfront homes being unique to themselves. One large sale or even 1 low sale can send the numbers askew. The high sales price for September 2010 was $1,070,625 compared to $1,061,000 for the same period in 2011. None of the sales in September were foreclosures or short sales.
