Charm City Circulator

Charm City Circulator

Baltimore City has provided a new service, the Charm City Circulator.

This is a Bus Service, which is designed to quickly and efficiently move people around the Downtown area.

Business people, students, residents, tourists, and everyone else is free to use the service.

The vehicles are environmentally friendly 21 DesignLine 2009 EcoSaver IV LF Hybrid Electric Buses.

The transportation is at no cost to the rider and the buses come at 10 minute intervals along dedicated travel lanes.

There are three routes:

  • The Orange, which continually loops from the University of Maryland Medical Complex on the west to Little Italy on the east and back.

  • The Purple, which continually loops from Ostend Street in Federal Hill on the south to just above Penn Station on the north and back.

  • The Green, which continually loops from the area around City Hall down to Fells Point, then up to the Johns Hopkins East Baltimore Campus and back.

It's just one more reason to visit Baltimore City or to live, work, or play at this paradise near the top of the Chesapeake Bay.
