Sally and featured in the Washington Post Business Section. As if that wasn't enough, he was also honored as a Semi Finalist at the National Real Estate Investors Conference for the "Dodge Viper" Investor of the Year!

Capt. Pete is a veteran airline pilot that flies the new airbus over the pond (The Atlantic) and since 9/11 he has lost most of his pension and had to endure tremendous cut backs with his pilot career. He had to "make a move" and he decided to do it with wholesaling properties and he is now making a great living doing it. On this call he will explain how he flipped" a property in 90 seconds!
