My previews this week are many!  As the spring market heats up there is a lot more to see so I'm familiar with all the homes for sale in Bethesda...

This is a very nice home for sale in Sumner with so much more space than you expect from the street.  The circular drive makes it easy to park off the street and enter and exit Sangamore quite easily.   And it's charming to look at!

A large rambler, it has the same amount of space in the lower level as it does above, with the exception of the family room addition off the kitchen.  The family room off the kitchen has a slider to the large deck, which overlooks a backyard oasis that just begs for entertaining.  Overall flow of the main level is really quite nice and well suited to using the whole house. 

A formal living area is at the front of the house with a dining room centrally located.  Access to the large deck is twofold, both through the dining area and the family room.  The kitchen is a good sized kitchen that though a bit dated is in great shape and well positioned in the house.

All the bedrooms are a nice size and have ample closets.  Two closets in the master bedroom are a real treat! 

With a usable extra bedroom and a walkout rec room area the lower level is such functional space!  The ceiling height is good so rather than typical basement space this lower level gets a real living area treatment.  There is a bar in place that could be removed and used as additional seating, game table or billiards space.  Or use the bar area and make a media room out of the whole room.  Great choices for usage in this space...

This price range has not had that many choices available for each particular school district so property under $1M that is in great shape and priced well has been moving quickly.  As of this writing, for the Woodacres school district there are 10 homes available in the $750K - $1M range.  For the Westbrook school district there are 4 homes available. No homes in the Bannockburn school district are currently available.
