Roberto -The amount of information we are able to provide has grown exponentially with the web.  A lot of time effort and money goes into being able to provide this "free information". With commission rates, our primary source of income to cover those expenses, always under attack I've wondered lately at what point we will no longer give it away for free.

You right about that!!! I try to provide as much information I can for free, but times are changing now, we will see what I be able to do in the near future
