If you may be looking for a cat or dog to adopt and live in the Southern Maryland area - stop by Petco in California, MD in St. Mary's County on February 20, 2010 between 10 am and 2 pm. Meet & greet some of the St. Mary's Animal Welfare League's adoptable cats and dogs.

Come & meet and greet with some of the St. Mary's Animal Welfare League's adoptable dogs and cats at the Petco in California, MD on Saturday, February 20, from 10am - 2pm.

Information will be on hand regarding adoptions, volunteering with SMAWL, and SMAWL's spay/neuter program.

Donations of unopened bags/containers of pet food and litter will be accepted during the adoption event for the SMAWL Pet Food Pantry. Requests for assistance from the pantry can be taken by leaving a message at SMAWL's hotline (301-373-5659), or by calling St. Mary's Animal Control at 301-475-8018.
