Today I settled on a house in Capitol Heights. Capitol Heights is not known for high priced properties, but I just sold this house for the highest price EVER in the Bradbury Heights section of Capitol Heights.... AGAIN! Yep. I sold this house before for 50K less - less than a year ago and was the highest sale THEN. So if you have anyone who is wanting to sell their house and is worried that it won't go because of the market or competition - I am feelin' froggy so send them my way. There are only 5 properties in the city of Capitol Heights that are on the market now that are more expensive than the one I just sold - for full price might I add - and there are 192 on the market for less.
Now it was no million dollar house, but as always, I gave it my million dollar treatment:

Very nicely done! I haven't done YouTube yet.... at least not for real estate (although I have videos of my puppies on there!) It's definitely something that I've been planning on researching some more. You did a great job!

I use a variety of programs for the videos. There are a lot out there, you can get pretty simple ones at Circuit City - and just practice! My husband takes care of most of that - he has a company that does it... I'll get him on here soon to let you know how it works!

Oh, and it wasn't staged. My sellers are JUST THAT FANTASTIC!!! It was always clean and very well taken care of.

Thanks for sharing your marketing piece with us. You've made me want to use YouTube. Can you provide us with the names of some of the programs you use?
