Hmmmm.......... Is that a oxymoronic statement?

Well -- A Workshop titled Yoga for Runners will combine the two exercises.

The energy I get from this blog just makes me tired. You are such a health nut and have so much energy my friend! It's a wonder I have junk in the trunk!! LOL Let us know how the class is if you attend!
Aziz,I have to agree with you on the thought process of running=pain, soreness and agony....that happens to me when I just think of running...LOL
Candace - you are right I am a nut! I needed to borrow some of that energy yesterday b/c I did not work out, however, there is today! If I miss too many days of working out or eating poorly, I become miserable. I didn't make it to the class -- now rowing would be a different story.
BLR Guy - :)
Aziz, interesting... I wish it was closer so I could attend. I am assuming that breathing is a big aspect and the flexibility factor. I guess muscle conditioning would play a role too. Is there a book on it?
Aziz - I have never tried yoga before but it sounds like a great combo to me. Tough but good.
