Although the market overall-National and Regional-has slowed somewhat over the last 18 months, Dundalk is still showing strong sales and growth in the First Quarter of 2007.

Average List price: $161,110
Average Close Price: $159,395 or 98.9% of list
Min Sold Price: $7,500 Max Sold Price: $406,370
2007 Sales:
133 Units sold
Average List price: $179,699
Average Close Price: $176,317 or 98.1% of list
Min Sold Price: $25,000 Max Sold Price: $425,000
The total units sold were down by 38 units (22.2%) for the quarter while the average sold price in 2007 increased $16,922 or 10.6% over the 2006 figures.
Dundalk closed out with a very strong quarter, compared to many parts of Baltimore County. I feel that it will remain strong into 2007 because it is still one of Baltimore County's most affordable communities. The Appreciation rate in Dundalk is also still very strong which makes this a great place for first time home buyers and investors!
