The real estate market activity during this month seems to be leaps and bounds ahead of last year for buyers.
According to the Washington/Maryland Multiple Listing Service, there are 15 homes available to buy in all the Kentlands.
At the same time, 2 homes were sold this month so far. Also there are 10 properties under contract status.
