The real estate market activity during this month seems to be leaps and bounds ahead of last year for buyers.
According to the Washington/Maryland Multiple Listing Service, there are 22 homes available to buy in all the Gunners Neighborhoods
At the same time, 7 homes has sold this month so far. Also there are 28 properties under contract status.
