Yes folks. germantown was rated as one of the top cities to live in, in 2008 and there is a good reason why. You are at the Marc train station, which is a quick 30 minutes into DC. You have a new town center. Shopping, restaurants, and luxury car dealerships. Germantown is in between DC and Frederick.
