I took this picture in the new development in the Hyattsville, Maryland Arts District. And when I got home, I was sort of amazed at how close it looked to the real deal. But this is not the shot of a cute residential street - not exactly. I took this at the sales center for the new townhouses that are being built in this exciting little corner of Prince George's County. It's the builder's model of what the neighborhood will look like when it is completed.
