WHAT DOES THIS DATA SUGGEST? (IN MIKE'S OPINION)
There is mostly good news! It appears that the Joppa Real Estate Housing Market in Harford County Maryland is one of the few areas that has seen a significant increase in just about everything: Total volume up over 150%, Total Units up over 120%, Average Sold Price up over 14%. The bad news is the days on the market are up over 65%. I have two theories on why this area's numbers are higher than everyone elses. One is that the starting of the brac migration of people from Fort Monmouth, New Jersey is helping move these numbers back up. The other theory I have is that there has been more New Construction in this area than many others. It will take time to see whether or not these are just artificially high numbers or if this is the HOT AREA TO MOVE TO!
