The SHORT SALE phenomenen made the front page of the Sunday Washington Post on September 26, 2010. Why?

Because YOU are not alone! YOU are one of many home owners who find yourselves 'upside down' or 'underwater', and are trying to resolve the difficult financial position in which YOU find YOURSELF. YOU need HELP.

The number of SHORT SALE properties, on the market in the Washington D.C. Metro. Area, are more than double the number of FORECLOSURES, and together they make up approximately 20 percent of houses for sale, (percentages vary depending on the location). These statistics are according to the Real Estate Business Intelligence.
