Snow, Snow and More Snow! Deep Creek Lake Maryland Calls In The National Guard

We have had a lot of snow this winter at Deep Creek Lake. So much that the National Guard was called in to help move it off our roads. Our schools have been closed for a week at a time. I thought I would share some fun photos with you!

This photo was taken in Garrett County and was sent to me by some friends. It has been all over the internet and YouTube. We feed the deer and I think they are going to be really hungry in the next few weeks as our weather warms up and the snow clears.

This photo makes me laugh! The snow has been great for the Wisp Ski Resort. Our mountains have been active with snow boarders, skiers and snow tubers. Come visit. Call me if you would like recommendations for lodging or other information.
