I am a Century 21 Real Estate Agent and I am often asked "How's the housing market?" and even IS NOW THE TIME TO INVEST IN REAL ESTATE?

One of my answer's to these questions is that people need a place to live and that there are always people buying or selling houses, the numbers just change.

With the recent housing market upheavals some say more people are renting. If this is true someone has to own the houses that are being rented. The question is "Should that person be you?" IS NOW THE TIME TO INVEST IN REAL ESTATE?
