New Montgomery Village Capital Contribution Fee

Effective January 1, 2012, a fee of 1/10^th of 1% of the gross selling price will be charged to the purchasers of properties located within Montgomery Village. The fee is due at the time of the settlement. The funds are to be placed in an account to be used to fund new facilities and amenities.
