2006 Sales:
603 Units sold
Average List price: $260,043
Average Close Price: $257,233 or 98.9% of list
Min Sold Price: $130,000 Max Sold Price: $560,000
The total units sold were down by 33 units (5.2%) for the year while the average sold price in 2006 increased $16,196 or 6.7% over the 2005 figures.
Nottingham closed out with a very strong year and I feel that it will remain strong into 2007 because it is still one of Baltimore County's most desirable communities.
