Their raffle baskets this year will feature donations and gift cards from many well-known businesses such as Cheese Cake Factory, PF Changs, McCormick & Company, Baltimore National Aquarium, a signed baseball from the Washington Nationals, and many, many more!

A Little Bit About The Photographer

This year, pet photographer Melissa McDaniel will be at the Beagle Bash! This is a wonderful opportunity to have professional photos of your pets taken for your own enjoyment, to be given as gifts, for holiday cards, or maybe to enter in the BRSM calendar contest next year! Melissa is a supporter of rescue efforts (see her website at www.melissashouse.com) and will be donating ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the sitting fees ($20 per session) to Beagle Rescue of Southern Maryland! Photos taken at the Bash will be available for viewing online, so you will not be pressured to make a hurried decision about what you want to order on the day of the Bash. Please take advantage of this great opportunity!

Games & Contests - There will be challenging events for you and your beagle! Try the cake walk! Will your beagle dunk for treats? Who will be the fastest to get the treat out of the bag? And more...

Dogs Finding Dogs - Would you like to know how lost dogs (or people) are tracked? Now is your chance to find out. Come to the educational talk and then take part in two types of demonstrations with the dogs picking someone out of the crowd to go hide.

Agility Training & Flyball - Ever wondered if this is something for your beagle? Don't wonder anymore and come have a look! Agility is an obstacle course for dogs where a handler and dog run the course trying to achieve no faults and a good time. Flyball may not be for your beagle, but come have a look!

Demonstrations - Dog sports are a great way to strengthen your bond with your dog plus help build confidence in dogs that have fear issues.

Bakery - This will be the time to stock up on home baked treats for your beagle or other significant canine. And if you have the munchies, there will also be offerings for human cookie monsters.

Vendors - Have you been looking for that perfect dog bed? Look no more and come to the Bash - Bedtime Tails will be there. Have you been dreaming of a beagle-embroidered sweatshirt, t-shirt, tote bag...? Top Stitch will be happy to take care of that.

Food & Drink - Yes, there will burgers and hot dogs & drinks to satisfy your thirst.

Just Take It Easy - Bring your beach chair, sit down, watch your beagle play and socialize with other beagles in a securely fenced-in area. There is even a dog pool for the adventuresome beagle. Talk with other beagle lovers and just spend an afternoon in the country in the beautiful setting of Countryside Kennels.
