Maryland Congressman C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger is hosting a foreclosure prevention workshop in Owings Mills on Saturday December 19, 2011 at the Deer Park Elementary School.
For Maryland families in danger of losing their home, this workshop will provide a chance to “sit down one-on-one with housing counselors, mortgage lenders and other experts to discuss your options to keep you in your home”.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to arrange a free legal consultation at the event through the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland. Call 1-800-396-1274 ext. 3053 to pre-register.
In preparation to attend please plan to bring copies of the following materials to the workshop:
Hardship letter, last two months bank statements, last two months pay stubs (if you have them) 2009 and 2010 tax return, any notification regarding foreclosure, and any other relevant documentation.
