To Be or Not To Be...

Well I thought this would be the perfect time for me to post about my upcoming plans... I am scheduled monday to start taking my Real Estate Liscensing Class.. After years of contemplation and second guessing, I have finally taken the plundge. I'm not really sure what my expectations are, except that I feel I have been in the Home Building business for 20 years now and the idea of having my License has become a bit of a necessity in todays market? I have to admit I'm a bit nervous, but I am also pretty confident that if some of the agents in my market can get it, then it shouldn't be a problem for me... Although I am taking the class, I'm still not sure what my plans will be to do with it.

I also have a bit of a plan, that is... I think the market will rebound soon and I would like to be a part of it. I am hoping that my experience as a Home Builder will only sharpen my skills as a "reputable" agent.
