License Training Part 3

Well today was my day off from the "crash course" and I took the time to "interview" a local Broker to find out what some of my options were for hanging my license. It was actually very informative. One local broker is a national brokerage, and the rumer around town was that they were very expensive. The truth is that after looking over the numbers it was funny that you actually end up with more money in your pocket with them then some of the other firms. This is truly a learning experience! I do have to admit that having a background in Home Building should really be a boost for my business. I am still very excited about getting started. I do still plan on meeting with a couple other brokers to see if the other options in my market are any better.
