ROBERT KAETZEL IS TOP HUD SALES AGENT DURING THE FIRST THREE QUARTERS OF 2009

Baltimore, MD - Robert D. Kaetzel has been recognized by Real Estate Professionals, Inc. as the top sales agent in Maryland based on the number of HUD Homes sold during the first three quarters of 2009.

Sales data from Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS) verify that Kaetzel sold thirteen HUD homes during the first three quarters of 2009 ranking him #1 out of over 48,000 real estate licensees.

During his fifteen years in the real estate business, Kaetzel has sold over 175 HUD homes.

HUD homes are properties acquired by the federal government resulting from a foreclosure on a real estate loan insured by the Federal Housing Administration. The Department of Housing and Urban Development then becomes the owner of the properties and is charged with disposing of the properties through local managing and marketing contractors, who work with licensed real estate agents like Kaetzel to sell the homes.
