Today's Trustee Auction Update

As you can see below most of the previously scheduled auctions have been or will be canceled. The majority of the homes that do make it to the auction block will revert back to the lender ... due to the fact that most of the foreclosed homes in this market are "Short" ... the owner owes more than the property is presently worth. A few good deals will slip through the cracks but it definitely takes time & patience. A better way to take advantage of this market is to wait until the properties are marketed as Bank Owned (REO's) ... they will likely be very aggressively priced & represent the BEST deals in this market.
