Are you a resident of Montgomery County or are first-time homebuyers? If so, you may be eligible to win $5,000 or more to use toward down payment or closing cost assistance on the purchase of a home in Montgomery County.

The Affordable Housing Conference of Montgomery County is sponsoring the 2010 Closing Cost Award Contest!

Here's how to apply: 1. Write a 200-word essay on "What Homeownership Means to Me."
2. Fill out the entry form.
3. Mail your essay and entry form.

Entry forms must be postmarked no later than Monday, March 22, 2010.
