$600 1099 LANDLORD REPORTING LAW REPEALED

The $600 1099 LANDLORD REPORTING LAW was REPEALED on April 14, 2011.

Landlords no longer have to track dollar amounts for service adding up to $600 per year, and provide a 1099.

This is great news for Landlords and Real Estate Agents, reducing one more paper trail.
