My thoughts are this; mr.forsalebyowner.com, you say it needed to be brought to your attention the price was too low? Should'nt you above any other Sam Seller doing a fsbo know the market in your area?
Also, you say that the market in your area was "agent controlled", hmm that does sound as if that was a cop out. IF the area was agent controlled, you could have picked up a buyer in the blink of an eye! A quick marketing postcard to the top agents in that area would have done it.
Really though, who cares, he sold the website for a boatload of bucks a few years ago, when the market was HOT!
