Boys and Girls Club of Cecil County, Md.

A few weeks ago, I was indesperate need of after school care for a few of the little ones, one day a week. I called the local YMCA, who wanted $160 per month, per child. (they do not offer one day, you have to pay for 5) For a few hours a week, approximately 2, this was completely unreasonable to me. Then, I remembered....... Located right of Main Street, in the Twon of Rising Sun, there is a boys and girls club. If you did not know what you were looking for, you may just pass it. After placing a phone call to them, I was informed for just $25 for the entire school year, my kids could join their after school program. $25 a piece for the entire school year! I only needed Wednesdays, and do not find it necessary for the other days, but at that price, it is definitely worth the one day a week! The Boys and Girls Club in Rising Sun is awesome. Homework help, computers, outside time, snacks, it is such a wonderful, affordable program! The kids want to go everyday, many of their friends from school go there, and the love it! Look for a Boys and Girls Club in your area; you will be glad you did!
