Who says homes are not selling in
Howard County?
The monthly
statistics for November 2011 are looking healthy in almost all
categories. Units sold have increased over November 2010 and the
average sold to list price ratio has increased to 93%.
These statistics are
not really a surprise as buyers relocating to Central
Maryland
are doing their homework and selecting Howard
County as
the area that they want to call home.
