Another Weltanschuuag...Weltan What?

Before I could write about Weltanschauung, it was necessary to find out what that great big word means. If you write it enough times, you learn how to spell it...even though the spell check does not agree.

So I did a search Weltanschauung: pronounced : ˈvɛltˌanʃaʊʊŋ, is defined as the guiding principles and philosophy of an organization...a particular philosophy or view of life; the world view of an individual or group.
