Hi Lenn, This was a great report and one that any family thinking about their children and schools for specific areas would pleased to to have. This is a very way to illustrate the type of report and services that bloggers should be giving ( including me). I spoke this morning with a person that going to help me get my site reports to display ( narrow book page) and formating the information of reports to fit. I have them they overrun the book size and when reduced to fit, the print is too small. New formatting is what it will take. What I also like is your maps that you include with each localism post. Very nice and if I lived in your area, I would be thrilled with the great information you provide.

Thanks William.  I decided recently to make my Localism posts a bit more promotional.

I've got so much material to draw on, no reason not to use it.

Andrew.  I surely hope so.  I know that I do get calls from folks who want to search for homes by zip code.

I thought it would help the folks zero in on the map.

Great day, that is a weath of information.

Lenn, your local readers are very lucky to have such a rich storehouse of information about the communities you serve.  Maryland is one of the areas we have visited frequently.  Combining the zip codes, school info, maps and general tidbits make this a post that should be bookmarked by anyone relocating to the area.  Very well done!

Nicely done, Lenn. Really targets the information that buyers seem to want these days. I find more and more folks concentrating on schools, which will become an even more pressing issue here in CA with the planned budget cuts from our "illustrious" Governator. :(

Jeff

Lenn- WOW, that was a lot of work! The lay out looks really clean and there is a lot of google juice going on.

Appreciate the opportunity to see such great posts very much.

Karen.  In a Localism post, we can barely scratch the surfact.  But, there's more for the consumer.  All they need do is ask.

Lola.  Thanks.  I have such a large market area, it's often hard to keep a post to a reasonable length.

Jeff.  Public schools are now and have always been a primary search criteria for our area.

Katerina.  Google juice????   What's that????

Susie.  My pleasure.  Keep reading.

I'm going to keep hounding you until you show me how to create my own maps:) LOL! Nice job!

Neal.  Get in line.

Nice job and good information. we need to do the same for our area could you get that together for me?

(04/25/08 05:38AM) — Lenn Harley

Terry.  Funny.  I'm going to do one for Frederick County, MD today.  NOt a lot of work.  I have a library of stuff that I can pull together.  That's the secret with covering a large area.

Lenn, by any chance are you going to the mid year NAR trade show in Washington DC in May?  I'd love to meet you if you are.

(04/25/08 08:48AM) — Lenn Harley

Chris.  No time.  I'm swamped in May.

Andrew.  I've got a lot of zip codes on some of my web pages.  I need to do more of it.  I just simply forget.

Lenn..... I truly liked this post, because it was informational for so many areas, giving the consumer a quick break down and a link.  This is a very good informational post.... nice job.  And the zip code thing is interesting.
