Pastor Will Bowen, of Christ Church Unity in Kansas City had a simple idea ---Just stop complaining along with no gossiping or criticizing.
He put forth a challenge of 21 days straight of no complaining, gossiping or criticizing. He gave a purple bracelet with the word spirit on it to each member of the congregation. If you did one of the three things than you started over again with the bracelet on the other wrist.

My challenge to myself and everyone else who read this is to show GRATITUDE.
The definition that really struck me is this ~~ the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.
I am grateful for my health, the sharing and caring that takes place in this forum and the ability to make a living in this wonderful country. Last but not least, is that I am very thankful for THE CREATOR and what has been given to us.
