Hispanics value their families even more so than other cultures. Providing them with venues that will help them help their own families is a good start.
One way for you to benefit from the Hispanic market without learning a new language is for you to affiliate with a Hispanic agent who speaks the language. That way both parties benefit from attracting clients from at least two cultures, while dealing with clients who feel most comfortable with them.
Trying to show houses to someone that speaks little English is not good service. . try to explain to them the effects of Radon Gas in a basement will challenge even people who can defend themselves with their Spanish in Cancun. .
Why gamble with those leads. . .affiliate, create a partnership to make it a win-win and service the ones you can service well. .

Very good advice Fernando. You cannot give good service to someone that you cannot communicate with. Buying or selling a home can be very complicated and there are many times when it is hard enough to explain something to someone with whom you speak the same languare. We owe it to our clients to provide the service that they need and sometimes that means bringing in an expert wheher it is in language or in some other area of expertise that is needed.kalo
