Great News fellow Realtors. Pending homes sales has fell almost 6 percent. I have recently been wacthing some TV as well as listening to some of the talk radio stations. A lot of them are now suggesting that real estate is now making a comeback. I think it is still too early to tell, but the prices of homes on the market are becoming more and more attractive everday.
