Most of my sales this year have been from listings. I love listings and am very successful at getting homes sold under ANY conditions.

Many agents do not know how to work a listing in a soft market and will not sell. I am able to sell in this market. If you are an agent and cannot get your listings sold, refer them to me. I will educate your sellers and put them on a path to get their home sold before it loses more value.
