My wife and I have been going back and forth about whether or not to finish the entire basement flooring in a laminate wood like pergo or dupont flooring, but she wants to have it carpeted for our younger daughter. I told her that I think that the "wood" look is better for resale and I think just plain looks better and we can always get area rugs. Her response to me was, SHOW ME SOME BASEMENTS THAT ARE FINISHED WITH ALL WOOD FLOORING AND SHE WOULD LET ME DO IT!
SO, FELLOW ACTIVE RAINERS, I NEED YOUR HELP! PLEASE POST ANY PICTURES OF BASEMENTS YOU MAY HAVE THAT HAVE IN EITHER YOUR HOME OR ANY OF YOUR LISTINGS THAT HAS A WOOD LAMINATE TYPE FLOOR (PREFERABLY IN THE BASEMENT AREA) SO I CAN SHOW THEM TO HER!
THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE...
